Enitan Bakare, known for her captivating performances on screen, now finds herself engaged in a harrowing battle against Bosom  cancer, a struggle that has taken a toll on both her health and financial stability since 2020.

Real name Enitan Bakare, the once vibrant actress has been forced to confront the devastating reality of her illness, undergoing the painful process of removing one Bosom  in a bid to eradicate malignant lumps. Despite her courageous efforts, the malignant tumors resurfaced in her remaining Bosom  six months later, posing a grave threat to her life and well-being.

At 47 years old, Bakare faces a daunting dilemma as she grapples with the prospect of further surgery to remove the recurring lumps, a decision complicated by her financial constraints. Having exhausted all her resources in the fight against cancer, Bakare now finds herself in dire need of assistance to access life-saving treatment.

In a heartfelt plea for support, Bakare recounts her desperate efforts to secure help from various quarters, including her former employer, Wale Adenuga Productions, and renowned media personality Bisi Olatilo, only to be met with disappointment and meager contributions. Despite reaching out to the Actors Guild, financial aid remains elusive, leaving Bakare feeling overwhelmed and at her wit's end.

The actress, renowned for her lead role in AIT's acclaimed solo drama "School for Mischief," remains steadfast in her determination to overcome her ordeal and reclaim her life. However, the daunting cycle of medical tests expiring due to lack of funds for treatment compounds her anguish, highlighting the urgent need for financial assistance to resume chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

"I am appealing for help on all fronts. I don’t want to die," Bakare pleads, emphasizing the urgency of her situation. "I need money to remove the lumps that have grown again, so I can recommence my chemotherapy and radiotherapy."

Facing the prospect of losing her second Bosom , Bakare implores the public for support, emphasizing her desire to live a normal life free from the constraints of her illness. Despite the uncertainty surrounding the exact cost of her treatment, Bakare remains hopeful that compassionate individuals or organizations will step forward to sponsor her medical care.

Before her illness, Bakare graced the screens in notable productions such as Zeb Ejiro's "Extreme Measures" alongside Jim Iyke and the Yoruba movie "Asiri Eko," showcasing her talent alongside industry luminaries.

To contribute to Bakare's medical fund, donations can be made to her Access Bank account with the details: Enitan Bakare, Account Number: 1600249088.

As Bakare navigates the challenges of her health crisis, she holds onto hope for a brighter future and expresses gratitude to those who extend a helping hand in her time of need.

This will always happen in a country that has no back up plans for her citizens..are we not supposed to have big hospitals and easy medical care?? How will that happen when the idiots running the government have all their family members living abroad, even the ones living in Nigeria travels abroad for medical purposes. Leaving our federal and state  hospitals in a very disastrous state. SHAME ON YOU ALL .

…ALTHOUGH NIGERIAN MEDICAL SYSTEMS ARE BAD BUT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GOVERNMENT. IBU DIED DESPITE BEING ADMITTED IN ONE OF THE BEST HOSPITALS IN NIGERIA WITH MULTIPLE DONATIONS. THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL PROBLEM THAT REQUIRES PERSONAL MONEY. EVEN ABROAD HERE GOVERNMENT DO NOT PAY FOR ANYONE,S MEDICAL BILLS. YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR BILLS YOURSELF AND EXPENSIVE.
