In a joyous celebration of love and unity, the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, proudly witnessed his daughter, Modupe Oreoluwa, exchange marital vows with her beloved, Oladele Johnson, on Saturday, April 6.

The auspicious occasion, held at the prestigious Cathedral Church of Christ in Lagos, was graced by esteemed dignitaries and prominent personalities, including the First Lady, Remi Tinubu, Governor Hope Uzodinma and his wife, as well as Governor Obaseki and spouse. Joining the celebration were Governor Charles Soludo, Governor Alex Otti, Governor Ademola Adeleke, Governor Dapo Abiodun and his wife, alongside former governor Akinwunmi Ambode and his spouse, among numerous other distinguished guests.

The wedding ceremony marked a significant milestone in the lives of the newlyweds, symbolizing the beginning of a lifelong journey together. Amidst the resplendent ambiance and heartfelt moments, family and friends gathered to offer their blessings and well-wishes to the couple as they embarked on this new chapter of their lives.

The event not only showcased the union of two individuals but also served as a testament to the enduring bonds of family and community. As Modupe and Oladele exchanged vows of love and commitment, their union radiated with hope and promise, inspiring all those in attendance.

With joyful celebrations echoing throughout Lagos, Governor Sanwo-Olu and his family expressed their gratitude for the overwhelming support and shared in the happiness of witnessing their daughter's matrimonial bliss.
