Some Nigerian traders and their counterparts from Ivory Coast clashed on Thursday at Kwame Nkrumah Circle, a suburb of Ghana's capital, Accra.
According to a report by UTV, two traders, one Nigerian and one Ivorian, started arguing over a space they were using to sell phone accessories.
The report indicated that the Ivorian set up his shop under the Circle Interchange; a space which is normally used by the Nigerian.
The Nigerian was informed of this, and he rushed to the space and threw away the goods belonging to the Ivorian.
The Ivorian then reciprocated his action and also threw away the goods of the Nigerian, which led to the two of them engaging in a brawl.
They were joined by their respective compatriots leading to a very chaotic scene at Circle.
A video of the incident, shared by UTV, showed some men going at each other.
The report also indicated that both the Nigerian and Ivorian traders sustained injuries.
The Ghana Police Service intervened to stop the fight, and four men believed to be involved in the clash were arrested.
