Veteran Nollywood actor Dayo Adewunmi, popularly known as Sule Suebebe, has been laid to rest.

He was buried in a house constructed by the Agbala Gabriel Foundation for him today Friday, 21, June with none of his colleagues in attendance.

The esteemed Yoruba actor passed away on the early hours of Wednesday, June 12, at an undisclosed hospital in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.

The news of his death was announced by Ibadan-based cleric Pastor Ademola Amusan, also known as Agbala Gabriel, who had been caring for the actor for several months.

Pastor Amusan shared the news of Suebebe’s death on his Facebook page, writing, “It’s a pity, Baba Suebebe died at hospital this morning. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.”

Suebebe was connected to Pastor Amusan through an undisclosed ailment, leading the pastor to raise financial support for him via his humanitarian outreach program on Facebook.
