Abiodun Essiet, the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Community Engagement (North Central), has recently sparked online discussions after sharing photos of her ongoing toilet project in a community in Plateau State.
The initiative, which was posted on her social media, aims to provide sanitation facilities specifically to address the challenges young girls face during their menstrual cycles. Essien emphasized that the project is intended to improve hygiene and create a safe environment for girls, particularly during their monthly periods.
Describing the projects as ‘’the renewed hope', Abiola wrote;
