Andre Harriman-Annous, the Arsenal player, has revealed that his mum and dad are from Nigeria and Ghana.
Harriman-Annous said this as he hinted he is qualified to represent the national teams of Nigeria, Ghana and England.
The youngster was born in Barnet in London, England.
He is eligible to play for the Super Eagles through his Nigerian mother Josephine Harriman, the Black Stars through his Ghanaian father and England where he was born.
“I grew up in Barnet and I started playing football in the park when I was four. My family background is African,” Harriman-Annous told Arsenal’s website.
“My mum is from Nigeria and my dad is Ghanaian.
“When I was around five or six, I started to develop and I was playing for a local team called Whetstone Wanderers.
“At around seven I was scouted for the Tottenham pre-academy and I was there for a year or so, but then Arsenal and I have been here ever since, which is a dream come true because I’m an Arsenal fan!”
