This has shown how Nigeria society has degenerated to.
I've said this many times that this guy is sick and if the society is embracing him. Then the society urgently needs urgent attention.
Who in the right frame of mind help him facilitate his visa to Canada? Do the Canadian embassy know they're welcoming a lunatic into their country?
This guy is a simple mad man. He needs to be admitted into Neuro Psychiatric Hospital in Aro Abeokuta or Yaba Mental Hospital.
I will rather go on the street and get better dressed and better behaved mad man than Portable and help proceed his visa to Canada.
Take a very good at him. One would notice he's a complete mental patient. Igbo masquerades and Ojuju Calabar are better dressed than him. He looks like a dust bin.
