A surprising and rare sight unfolded recently in a bustling street when two men, both believed to be mentally challenged, were seen having what appeared to be a clear and coherent conversation.

Eyewitnesses who witnessed the interaction were left in shock as the men, usually known for their mental health challenges, engaged in a surprisingly composed discussion. Passersby, many of whom stopped to observe the spectacle, expressed disbelief at the clarity and focus displayed by the men during their exchange.

The unusual scene, captured on video, quickly attracted attention on social media, with some viewers amazed by the men’s unexpected level of communication. Many onlookers, who had been familiar with the men’s usual behavior, remarked on how their interaction defied expectations.

Evidence of the cruelty and negligence of African society. The moment a person shows the slightest psychological stress most families will throw them out.

In "developed" countries, people diagnosed with mental health issues -  graduate from universities and hold down jobs.

Others  also get on with everyday life. They hold down jobs. Volunteer in local charities. And do their best.

And their respective local councils look after them.

They are NOT abandoned by their families to live on the streets - due to stigma or shame.

In Africa we do things differently!

Even the term "MENTALLY CHALLENGED " is insulting!

And I bet anyone,  the two men in this article have NOT been seen by any doctor or diagnosed with any mental health issue!

Instead these two "mentally challenged " men have been DIAGNOSED by people on the street and the Nigeria press!!
