The Akwa Ibom State Police recently rescued a lawyer and his niece from a kidnappers' den in the state after a dramatic operation.
The police successfully neutralized three suspected kidnappers during a gunfight while other members of the gang fled.
The victims were rescued unharmed and were provided with medical attention afterward.
Items recovered during the operation included weapons and other tools used by the kidnappers
Currently, a video detailing the rescue operation has been widely shared online, but updates might become available soon as authorities continue investigations and provide further information
