A Nigerian man, Nelson Igboke, has called for DNA tests to be abolished in Igboland.

The son of the former Ebonyi traditional ruler opined that the culture in Igbo land made it explicitly clear that every child born in marriage is owned by the woman's husband.

Nelson stated this in a Facebook post on Monday, December 9.

"The advent of DNA test should be abolished in Igboland. Our culture made it explicitly clear that every child born in marriage is owned by the woman husband," he wrote.

They accept bastards in the culture....according to this write up oh. I also know a woman is free to have a child without marriage for her family when they are especially looking for an heir. I may be wrong. In Yoruba space...it is abomination.
