Nigerian singer Orezi has revealed that in 2016, a woman gifted him ₦30 million simply because she liked him. He recounted that after spending time together at a club in Abuja, the woman, whom he described as a "pretty Hausa woman," sent him the money the following day.
Orezi expressed surprise at the gesture, noting that such experiences are not uncommon in the entertainment industry, where celebrities often receive significant gifts from admirers.

In response, Actor Uche Maduagwu claims the singer of slept with an ex Hausa Governor's wife in 2016 and was paid 30 Million Naira.
The controversial actor also claimed Orezi got a Lekki Mansion in 2016 from the same wife of ex Hausa Governor.
Taking to his Instagram page, the actor shared a video of him reacting to Orezi's interview and captioned it:
OREZI, that 30 Million Naira was Given to you by an HAUSA Ex GOVRNOR'S WIFE you were SLE*PING with in 2016.
