You are giving him conditions to make him do what you want and if he agrees we can say that he submitted to you. If you are in total submission to your husband according to the word of the bible if he says " the only place available for my python is in our one month old daughters room" all you need to say is "yes my lord" the same way that your husband is to say yes to god in every situation. You know that, obey your husband it in the bible, but we like to twist words in real life situations and still act holy. Where is common sense? We like use with without understanding the the meaning and when we do its " oh that was in those days things have changes" or "thats not what the bible means"... we that bits and twist it to suit us, if you want to submit, submit 100% Its the same way that we play with the idea of freewill and submission to god.
