ur 1st quest.,is yes cos the school is likely to accept u becos u apply twice,thats if luck is with u,but 88% sure.
to ur second question of cos every school write 2nd choice post ume.but not with any score,u must meet up with ur course mark.
becos if u enter with any just mark(2ru the window i mean,)one day on deot. screening they must fish u out and throw u 2ru the window.
so do it the write way.if u meet up ur score,alert me,i might help send ur name to jamb office so they post ur name to school directly.just pray they have space by then to take ur name from me.but am not promising.

I think if yu get good scores n yu ppl yu can still get in regardless of whether yu chose the school or not
