Can someone tell me if your employer will condone your grammatical blunder on the excuse that english is not your mother tongue. Where were you when others were busy differentiating the verb from the adverbs, etc?. We should learn to call a spade a spade, and stop selective criticism. What is good is good, and what is bad deserves nothing else but condemnation. her position requires very minimal errors in speech cos she is representing the Nation and not just herself. The best would be to get an english tutor for her. Nigeria is one of the most fluent speakers of the language in Africa, so do not try to demean us by saying its not our native tongue. Thats our lingua franca. Even if you cannot be perfect, at least limit it to ignorable mistakes only. Tnx y'all
