I will like to let you know that the way we look has more to do than just physical fitness but a lot to do about our dietary lifestyles. how healthy u are is dependent on how wholesome and beneficial your diet is.

you are what you eat and it is interesting to know that a lot of what we eat is the root cause of most of the health challenges we face now. Do you know that cases of diabetes, high blood pressure,heart attack and related cardiovascular conditions has a direct relationship with our eating/ diets?.

It might interest you to know that the majority of the fast food products are detrimental to our health yet some people cannot do without the fast food joints.

So important points you have mentioned, as we often ignore these points and consider them irrelevant, but actually this can create difference in our life style. A perfect life style can make out health good and no medicine will be needed like for stress relieving or any other problems.
