Abuja — There is a casual hand bag in the Republic of Ghana derisively tagged "Nigerians are coming". The bag is a mini version of the sack known in Nigeria as "Ghana must go." "Nigerians are coming" derives its name from the shift in the flow of migrants which sees Nigerians trooping to Ghana for investment opportunities. "Ghana Must Go" found its way into the Nigerian lexicon in 1982 when former President Shehu Shagari flushed out thousands of illegal immigrants from the ECOWAS sub-region who had turned Nigeria into one big training camp for criminals. Ghana had the highest number of illegal immigrants in Nigeria thus making the whole exercise look like an operation directed at Ghanaians alone. They all left in long convoys of Mercedes Benz 911 trucks with their belongings packed into the familiar sack that now attracts the euphemism "Ghana must go".
Jesus replied, "What is impossible with men is possible with God." Luke 18:27

It is a true assertion, Nigeria sent them packing with Ghana Must Go bags, now Nigerians are rushing to Ghana to establish or invest. But they welcome Nigerians by saying that "Nigerians are coming in a form of a bag also, the right opposite. What a history, Nigeria should wake up and live up to her name "GIANT OF AFRICA" which i tagged CLAY FOOTED GIANT" Nonsense.

My brother, the rate at which Nigerians are developing Ghana is alarming. From the banking sector to oil, from real estate to education etc. The ratio of Nigeria students in Ghana universities is 45 to 45 with the remaining 10 % belonging to other nationals. The Nigerian banks are dominating the banking sector of the economy and that is why Ghanaian insurance brokers have vehemently refused the emergence of Nigeria insurance firms in their country. Nigerians are coming indeed.
