Have they gone to election tribunal?

A member contested 4 Senate in April 2011 election and scored 1 vote (www.inecnigeria.org). Lucky his vote was not snatched. Another 4 or 5 members of Fed. House of Reps could not score even 1 vote as posted on INEC website. What happens to their own vote they casted? Could it be they also sold their vote for "INDOMIE"? I suggest the latter if they did not head to Election Tribunal. Could any one pls find out their position on the where about of their own vote?
