good , but what rubbish is that one saying by , unwanted , you don,t say such a foolish talk on the fellow citizens, lagos is full of criminals , and most of whom lives very comfortably , they looks like a reasonable human in the broad days, and when the night comes, they trun to different persons entirely , i will expect the LAGOS state govt, if very sensible to clamp down on those south and east bad boys and girls , that has come to spoil the enviroments in lagos and not just those inocent and harmless beggers

Imagine this boy

which boy ?
you that basket mouth ,
and garage boy

good move by the governor,most of this beggars in the street of lagos are not even from nigeria,some came from niger or chad but they claim northern just bcos they can speak the same language,sending them back to their state is a good cos if something should be done to help them i think their state should be in good position to do it for them not lagos state

wow, never heard of deporting within a country. So people (beggars or not) cannot travel within Nigeria worry-free about deportation, knowing that they are still in Nigeria.   And the people supporting this? Huh?  We take this “I’m Yoruba”, “I'm Igbo”, “I'm Hausa”... thing way too seriously, bottom-line we are Nigerians.  I'd rather we just be humans, but thats a stretch considering the way... but the more we separate ourselves by little meaningless groups, the more problems we create.  When it suits us we are Nigerians, when it doesn't we are yoruba, benin...
If we tolerate this, 'they' would soon start deporting people from towns, villages  and other state would want to copy...  seems like a lot? wait.   People are complaining about deporting from countries, Nigeria is deporting within herself.  wow, who approved this?  Huh? Huh?  If this guy wants to do something, tackle the  real problem, these people are products of the problem.

@Abby

i understand ur comment but if u can check well i don't think there any nigerian beggars outside the country if there is i think nobody will blame such country if they decide to deport them,

lagos has the biggest number of beggars in nigeria that we all know that they are not from nigeria just bcos lagos its over populatedi,if this beggars are nigeria they should have their state of origin,i think it will be better they go back to their state of origin and do the begging if their state fails to provide for them,their problem should not be that of lagos state
