Should NATO aim to kill Gadhafi?

With reports surfacing that some in NATO believe they have authority to kill Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, it raises the question; Should they go after him ahead of targeting his troops?

If the rule permits them to kill him and if he is becoming a nuissance to his people that they need a change of governance and leader. Any way let's wait and see

NATO has no moral obligation to kill him. They should not interfere into internal affairs of a sovereign nation. African Union should find solution to the problem...
