This is a blow on the face! from major supplier of electricity to now a borrower of electricity :'(
Who are to be blame??? The leaders.
African leaders are just greedy, they are greedy and corrupt! they are the downfall of the nation! Nigerian leaders are to be blame, they are the reason why our country is not moving forward, instead backward.

The leaders, they are so corrupt and greedy. Any of them that are in power, instead of helping the poor masses (building roads, schools, hospitals, electricity). They steal lots of money and put them in their Switz, french account in Europe.  Huh?

When those leaders aren't able to claim the money or they eventually die, the huge some of money will become the property of the European country, it will be used to develop the country. While the poor masses who need that money so badly will be dying of starvation.
I ask how can the country move forward?

Is not that the European or Chinees leaders are Saints! There are some bad ones in between, when they want to steal they don't steal so much money. The money they stole, they use it invest it in their own country.

 Shocked

Future is highly beclouded as far as Nigeria is concern.  As if govt is not making any effort to prove all the negative predictions on Nigeria negative? It is all the result of abusing education and making teachers loose value, dieing in a line-up for their retirement benefit. Leadership has done more ham than good in Nigeria. One day the thieves that designed all this hollowness will have a taste of their work. What goes around comes around is kama. Nigeria is slowly dieing everyday.
What exactly is upper and lower chamber of law makers doing, only reciting old promise. Govt should make concerted effort to convince Nigerian that the nation is not too much for administration, cos secession is still heating the entrance. Stagnation and marking time is getting to last too long. Let somebody do something if there is anybody there.

It's a sad one...a vote of no confidence in Nigeria's power sector.
But at the same, it's just a private arrangement btw dat particular university n Cameroun.......so it's not as bad as it seems.

I stil beliv the current govt wud transform the power sector positively....

nigeria is on a steep decline infact as it is now the only remedy that can salvage this country from self-destruction is by going back to colonial rule. it will be better if britain re-colonize us

Not actually, but giant of stagnation in stupidity. Africa may accept to help us but not to tolerate that pride anymore. The value of ash is on the increase while the meaning of giant is decreasing with speed in Nigeria. Illiterates and novices are being highly respected in decision making, that is why stupidity is changing  to tradition. May justice strike all the perpetrators of this evil
