INGREDIENTS:
8 CUPS OF FLOUR
3 TEASPOON OF BUTTER
½ LITRES OF VEGETABLE OIL
SALT TO TASTE
1 BULB OF ONION
1 LITRE OF WATER
3 BULBS OF TOMATOES
500g OF MEAT
2 SEASONING CUBE
2 TEASPOON OF GROUND PEPPER
2 TUBERS OF BIG POTATO
METHOD:
Chop the meat into pieces, peel and slice the onion, pepper, potato and tomatoes into a pot and cook for about 10-5 minutes to tender. Mix the baking powder flour, salt. Add butter and seasoning and mix very well. Add a little and water and mix thoroughly. Then cut the pastry with knife. Put the mixture (meat, onion, tomatoes, potato, salt, sugar, pepper and seasoning) 2 teaspoon in each roll. Fold in any shape of your choice and dress it with your fork. Spread on an oiled metal tray and bake for 20-30 minutes.
