For the love of life! How can any well meaning hospital refuse to save someone's life?

One will think that saving lives should be the topmost interest of any hospital.Am not saying that hospitals are charity organization,But seeing one at the point of death and doing nothing about it,when you can actually save the life.

I honestly think that is EVIL!!!
