independence means a lot ,but i will advice any one who wants to be to take a little lesson.
1 what kind of house do u want to stay ? (selfcontain,2-3 bedroomflat, face me i face u,bungalos, etc)

2 how well are u going to have meals ready for proper hygein ?

3 how often are u going to be paying for ur rents.?

4 who will prepare ur food, especially when u close late from work, irrespective of the job?

5 who will guide u, because idependence means freedom but one might miss use it and regret 4 life.?

6 how much are u earning that will make available all this things at 21.?

so in my own opinion once a man graduates and go for the nysc, i believe he his ripe to be alone so as to move on from there, at least wt ever job he does then will not only give him an headway but also make is journey in life smooth.

as for u ladies pls be patient till ur suitor comes to take u from  home, that will make him cherish u more, rather than picking u on the street knowing nothing about ur background.

At any age (even at 2-year of age) you can move out of your parent home. However, the right thing is:

     a. Be ready to take responsiblity of your action(s).
     b. Be capable to face any challanges that action may protrude and
     c. If you have the arsenal to stand so many unforseen circumstances you will come accross in the cause of
in the course of paddlling the boat of life.

Its depends but it is better for you girls to stay to your parent house till you get married at the age of 25years so that your husband house will be the first place after you leave your parent and that is why its good for girls to get married at the age of 25 to 28 years.
