1- Poor people might not have television or satelitte tht may take some of there time.

2- Poor people don't have money to go to amusement park tht will take some of there time.

3- Poor dn't have money to go for some programme like night of a thousand laff.

4- Poor people dn't have money to take there family to a place like swimming pools tht shld take there time.

 so what they feel tht might take there time is sex and they prefer not to protect there love making....
