But one thing that I'm certain about is that knowledge is power. Even if she had bad intentions, it's now left for we Nigerians to use this knowledge of what is going on in our country and actually do something about it. I don't see the need to fired up about the documentary and start insulting each other or the reporter. Some people including Nigerians may not know what is going on in regards to the high rate of human trafficking in Nigeria, no matter which state the girls come from. So this could be a source of knowledge or enlightenment for Nigerians and others worldwide to "look before they leap." Everything you see and hear, you only act upon it based on the angle you look at it from. Please, all the animosity doesn't help Naija move forward.

Do not wait for God's intervention. You can do your part by telling people
about the evils of trafficking girls for prostitution. If you hear about someone
involved in recruiting girls, report to the police. Everybody can help in this
war against evil and save many girls.
Another truth is that poverty plays a part in this evil trade. Our politicians
intentionally steal the money, keep the people poor and put them in a
situation to be exploited.

Racism? I respectfully disagree with you. The truth sometimes hurts.
Everything in the video is true. Our young girls are being recruited
and taken to Europe where they are turned into sex slaves.
The practice is evil and needs to stop. This documentary will
save a few girls. But until the government is willing to put a stop to
it finally, the trafficking of girls to Europe will continue.
Too many people gain from the trade for it to end. Until the profit
motive is removed, we will not see it ending soon.

I agree with you, HOPEA23. Edo state is not the only state where women
are recruited and sent overseas for prostitution. Just as Abia is not the
only state where babies are sold. Making derogatory remarks about these
states does help the situation. We need to work together to end these practices.
We nigerians need to rethink our moral values. If we know something
is wrong, we should try to stop it. We cannot do it alone we need to work
together to end these types of evil businesses.

There are more prostitutes and child traffickers in Lagos state than the entire South East region. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere so shut the fcuk up. Is there any lady in Lagos who isn't a prostitute?

It does not matter where the traffickers got the women they sent to Europe
for prostitution. They could have come from Edo, Lagos or any other state.
