Nigerian working class citizens especially the professionals in Nigeria do not have good work ethic. I noticed that bosses beat up their subordinates anyhow just because they are bosses... and the employees answer Ma and Sir to these idiots.. Whatever happened to equality... Why can't these people just refer their bosses by their first names or last names with a Mr. or Mrs (Miss).
