Castaway Nigerian and Blackburn Rovers' striker, Yakubu Aiyegbeni revealed in an interview on Brila FM that Nigeria head coach, Samson Siasia should relieved of his post.
The former Everton man also believes that the blame for the Super Eagles failure to qualify for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations, lies with Siasia and as such, he should accept responsibility for the country’s failure to claim a spot at the Afcon. The players also believes that Stephen Keshi can turn out to be a perfect replacement for Siasia.
According to him, 'He (Siasia) failed to take the team to the Nations Cup. Unlike coach Christian Chukwu who took the team to the Nations Cup and still got sacked or another that took the team to the World Cup. So he (Siasia) should go and they (the Nigeria Football Federation) should bring in a technical adviser, may be a person like Stephen Keshi.'

Yakubu himself cant even score a goal that a blind cripple pregnant woman would bury in the back of the net! shaa i agree wit him, siasia is a very stupid coach! his incessant quarrels wit many of the super eagles players cost nigeria their spot in this year's nations CUP! maybe naija should pick me ..time to get hold of the national cake

yakuba yakubu, who gave u audience, who gave u the right to talk about siasia not taking us to nations cup? you that failed to take us to the next stage in world cup nko....... ur here talking about siasia no be same boat una dy paddle? i beg they should disband the team and use tax payers money for something good that will benefit Nigerias. Take Ghana for example, the disbanded the team for 2yrs when they removed the ban, the new boys knew they where in for a serious business that they have to seat up, look at them today. we have good street foot ball players out there, look for them they are hungry to play for there nation not this old and pumpus super chickens we have here.

pls, for goodness sake,siasia should be left alone,the fact that people like yakubu want him fire means that there is something good about him,light and darkness has nothing in common.they want a situation where they can come and bribe their way into the team well, their plan have fail......shame on you all
