"Nollywood actress Genevieve Nnaji seems to have seen it all, the good, the bad and the ugly. In a recent interview, Genevieve talks of how her world came crashing when she discovered she was pregnant at the age of 17.

“The pregnancy was seven months gone before my Catholic mum discovered it. She couldn’t believe it,” she said. How can she be pregnant when she was “very careful” according to her still remain a mystery to her till date.  When a test confirmed it, her parents were disappointed but stood their ground against abortion. “I didn’t feel anything. I didn’t even know till I was about four months. It was there, but I was still in shock. I didn’t believe it”.

“The only time I actually believed it was when I saw it in a scan. Seven months! And I saw it’s in there and I said, “Okay, it’s true!” I was like, “Oh, it’s like some disease….” I think I was pretty much hard on myself then than my parents or people. I was harder on myself, really. My parents reacted the way any parent would react – disappointed. I didn’t know. My mother discovered it for me. I didn’t know anything really. She discovered it for me and it was too late, we couldn’t do anything and we’re Catholics and I’m glad I didn’t do anything funny really.”

Speaking further, she said: “Getting rid of the pregnancy was an alternative then, but it was too late, because not until I was four months before we discovered it and so it was not what we could do, and my dad was like, ‘it’s a child for Christ’s sake. God knows why he wants to bring that child into life”. We are Catholics and it’s just that conscience, you do wrong once and doing another would not make the first right. So, you either correct your mistake by doing the right thing. If I was pregnant, and then have an abortion, it would have been like murder after fornication! So, that was basically wrong.”

Advising young ladies about pre-marital sex, she said “abstinence is the prevention, having a child at an early age will slow you down one way or the other.”

THE BIOGRAPHY OF PRINCE WILLIAMS CHIBUZO MBAH (DON PRINCE)  This is the story of a man whose destiny has withstood all weather. The story of PRINCE WILLIANS C. MBAH of Onuogba Iji Nike in Ujodo Development Centre, Enugu East L.G.A., Enugu State, Biafra.  The common knowledge that some people were born great while some people achieve greatness poses to be true in the case of Prince Williams. Prince Williams C. Mbah is a son of His Royal Majesty Igwe of Enugu State. Igwe Stephen Okafor Mbah (Igwe Aruga of Onuogba Nike ) Don Prince , is a handsome and fine gentleman, a dedicated servant of God, a professional Musician, and a film and music producer / director. He is an award winner who bagged musical awards in the year 2008 and 2010/2011 session. He is a member of the European Musical Tournament and the founder of Blessed Amicable artist Organization. He was a one time footballer for over three years with Barcelona F.C. Spain. Prince Williams was born on 27th April 19. at the serene community of Obe – agu Onuogba Nike. Prince Williams has since after his birth display unique characteristics that singled him out amongst his peers. Growing up, he showed a flair for music and acting. After he had to drop out of the School, he went straight into the music world and within a short time he became very successful. The name Chibuzo was given to him due to the fact that he was born on a road called Chibeze road. When he came of age, he was enrolled into Practicing School Emene and later changed to Central Primary School Nchatancha, also in Emene, Enugu State. He however, stopped at Primary three because he had wanted to follow a man called Mr. Nduka Anaekperechi, a family friend to his house after the man had paid a visit to Prince William’s family. Coincidentally, the man in question was childless so, he agreed to take Prince Williams along with him. This happened on 7th October 19. Sadly, the wife of this man, Mrs. Charity Eneh was not as kind as her husband. She always treated Don Prince Williams badly. On one occasion, the daughter of Mrs. Charity’s cousin defecated and Prince Williams was not on time to clear up the mess. However, when he emerged, the woman forced him to eat the faces which he eventually did after the woman had threatened to kill him. After two days of this incident, Don Prince Williams ran out of the house and took refuge at a school, igba –ariaghim (igbariam) primary school until his master (Mr. Anaekperechi) returned. When his parents asked of him, they were told that Prince Williams raped a three year old girl which was why he ran away. This was of course, a lie. This actually made Prince Williams angry and it prompted him to go back to his parent’s house on the 17th of September 198. That same year, Prince Williams joined the movie industry. Three years later, Prince Williams went to visit a friend called Chinedu Nwokolo at Umuaro Street Achara Layout, Enugu. On his way, a mob chasing a thief mistook him for the thief and beat him to pulp before setting him on fire. Luckily, he escaped death. This event occurred on 30th June 198. Then, in 198, Prince Williams released his first Album, Onyeoma Eze Jesus. On the day the video was supposed to be shot, one of the dancers, Monday Okoh from Onuogba Nike stole all the music documents and threw them into the river because he was envious of Don Prince William’s Progress when Prince Williams found out about this, he was very saddened. However, he moved on with life and went to Port Harcourt where he met a white man John Kelvin who gave him and his friend Uchenna a job as sewage drainers. After they had drained John Kelvin’s sewage pit, he gave them the sum of N20, 000. They continued with this menial job for two years to keep body and soul together. This white man, whose wife was Spanish, noticed that Prince Williams was very hardworking, so, he promised to take him to his wife’s country for further education. On 10th May, 198, John Kelvin took Prince Williams to Spain where he completed his senior Secondary Education after which he joined the Barcelona F.C. He played in the under 20 champion’s league match against Manchester United FC where he scored four goals. On March 16, 199, he left football due to an injury he sustained, and started a business venture. He later returned to Nigeria and began a business, dealing on musical instruments. He opened a ware house at Rumuodara and two shops at Romonibekwe and Obu – Igbo West respectively, all in Rivers State. He also bought two cars, and a house at Eleme. In June 20th, 199, his shops and one of his cars got burnt. On June 30th 1996 his father died, and Prince Williams went to his village because of his father’s death, on his way to the village to make preparations for his father’s burial, he had an accident with the other car which got burnt. It was only by God’s mercy that he got out alive. To make things worse, he received a phone call at his father’s burial that his house at Eleme had collapsed. On hearing this, he fainted and was rushed to the hospital. After he was discharged from the hospital, he had no other option than to stay at his parent’s house. One day, a girl came to fetch water at Prince William’s compound. After fetching water, she and a boy called Ugochukuwu Ugwu started smooching and when Prince Williams, saw them, he shunned them and asked the girl to go home. On her way home, the young girl saw her father coming towards her with a cane as the man had already been searching for her. Seeing that she was in trouble, she tore her cloth and pretended to cry. When her father approached her and asked her why she was crying, she lied that Prince Williams was persuading her to sleep with him until a woman came and started insulting him before he let her go. Deceived by his daughter, the man, Mr. Emma Nwafor barged into Prince William’s compound and started beating him. Prince William remained calm, not retaliating throughout the whole incident. When Mr. Nwafor found out the truth, he went to apologies to Prince Williams with ten gallons of kerosene and four gallons of palm oil. That was on August 4th 19. Prince Williams used the money he had left from his business which had collapsed to send youths to Europe to highlight their talents in the European music Tournament. He sent the first group, consisting of twelve youths on 2nd March 19. The group succeeded and after spending two years in Europe, they returned to Nigeria. The names of the people in the first group are as follows. 1) Onah c ebele from Igbo okpoto, ebonyi state 2) Ifenatuora e. chidebere from anamra state 3) ezeugwu c. zenia from nsukka 4) okafor chukwudi m from edem nike enugu state 5) oluchukwu onwe from ndiagu okpoto, ebonyi state 6) blessing ginika nweze from ishielu east, ebonyi state 7) Friday okey ugwu from nkwo nike enugu state Cool ukamaka ekeh john from oru, imo state 9) peace okoh blessing from ugwogo nike, enugu state 10) chika j. eneh from umabi – udi, enugu state 11) Sunday Moses ekeh from aba, abia state 12) bethel ifeanyi onyeabor from aguru, anambra state Out of all these, only one of them came to show gratitude to Prince Williams at his house while the others rumored that he was a ritualist. Prince Williams suddenly started having some mental impairment. For two years, he was on chains until he was delivered in a Sabbath church named Jehovah the King. His deliverance occurred on the 13th of July, 19.  On the 5th of November 20, he went to Benin City to visit his twin sister, Udoka. There he heard about the European Music Tournament that would commence the following week. Prince Williams made up his mind to perform at the tournament. On December 14th, 20, he joined the tournament and as God would have it, he won a golden Oldie. And at his return to Nigeria he was given a local award by the Nigerian Music Association.  On 19th April 2004, he was returning to Enugu after a second visit to his sister at Benin City. Unfortunately, the bus he entered has an accident and fell into the Ogoni River in Edo. After three days, Prince William’s body was recovered from river by swimmers. They took his body to St James Mortuary, Edo and after his body spent two days there, he was taken to Enugu as the mortuary attendants found out that he was an Enugu indigene through his identity card. At Enugu, he was taken to the then Park Lane General Hospital. After three months in the hospital’s mortuary he was taken to his hometown on Saturday, 24th July, 20 for his burial. Before he was finally taken home, his body was taken to adoration ground at G.T.C where a mass was offered for his soul by Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka. It was then after the mass that he was taken to his hometown in company of a great number of his village members who were in tears. At his compound, his body was exposed for the last time before; it was finally laid to rest. Fifty eight minutes after the burial rites had been concluded, a heavy downpour began and at about 4.51pm that same day, a mad man from nowhere came into the compound and ordered them to dig Don prince Williams out of the grave as he is alive. Nobody listened to him because he was a mad man. Yet, the mad man persisted until an old man who was there ordered them to excavate the grave. Sensing the seriousness of the situation, Prince William’s twin sister rushed to the grave and started removing sand before others came to help her. When the coffin was raised, it was broken. Miraculously, Don Prince Williams sneezed and when the people saw this, they all fled except the mad man who went to the coffin and led Prince Williams out of it. He also washed Prince William’s body before he left. It was then that people came closer and covered Prince Williams with clothes.  When Prince Williams returned to Nigeria, he became a shareholder at Sonar Breweries Plc on 28th July, 2008. On 7th August, 2008, he went to Awhum monastery with his friends, Afam Onwe, Ajah Chukweudi and Omah Ebelechukwu. On a Saturday morning, they were praying, when the Holy Spirit came down on Prince Williams and he went into seclusion for three weeks. When he emerged, he was filed with the anointing of God. On September 10th, 2008, he prophesied about a living man who was thought dead. Prince Williams went to wait for the hearse carrying the man to his village for burial at the Abakaliki Express Way. The hearse was eventually stopped and when the coffin was opened, the man inside was miraculously alive. This happened on 10trh September 2008. Prince Williams proceeded with his three friends, Afamefula, Ebelechukwu and Chukwudi to spread the gospel. It happened that they went to Onu – Nkwo and Onu- Eke town in Ebonyi State in company of one Rv. Fr Ikedi Joseph to preach the gospel. When they got to Onu – Eke, they organized a crusade in which many people were delivered. On the fourth day of the crusade the king of Onu- Eke ordered his men to kill Prince Williams and his group. The king’s men threw Prince Williams and his friends into a crocodile inhabited river. Graciously, the Almighty God rescued them and made a crocodile their canoe just as he made the lion’s friends to Daniel when Daniel was cast into their den. The crocodile sailed with Prince Williams and its friends on its back to another river Enbo in Akwa Ibom State. Where they met a canoeist paddling his canoe. The canoeist saw them and called other paddlers who helped him rescue Prince Williams and his friends. They were taken into the village, Oring village in Uyo.  They later went back to Awhum monastery to offer praises to God for his graciousness. At Awhun, they went to the monastery’s waterfall to fetch some water. Then, in a mood of prayer, Prince Williams proclaimed with faith that the water would serve as a healing medium through which many people would be healed from their diseases. The next day, being a Saturday, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka and Rev. Monk Daniel visited the place and they heard of a young man who God used to turn water to medicine. Don Prince  was brought to them and Rev. Fr. Mbaka anointed him calling him total surrender. After that day, Don Prince Williams established the total surrender Ministry. Through this ministry, God used him perform miracles in the lives of so many. One of such miracles was that of a young Hausa girl, Hamah Sani. She died and her body was taken to Don Prince ’s compound at his home town by Mr. Cajethan ugwu of Nchatancha Nike as he still believed that could bring her back to life. Don Prince was however not at home as he was attending a Christian program. But the Holy Spirit ministered to him about what was going on at his compound. Don Prince Williams rushed home and saw the lifeless body. He asked one Chika Onyia to give him a spoonful of salt. It was done and prince put the Sault into the girl’s mouth and called her name three times ordering her to receive her life in the name of Jesus Christ. People there, wondered how Don Prince  got to know the girls name. Little did they know that they awaited a greater wonder as the young girl, Hannah got up on her feet, full of life. The girl’s father Mr. Ambrose sani gave him a cheque of two hundred thousand naira but he rejected it and asked Mr. Ambrose to give it to the poor. Mr. Cajethan then gave rim a building to expand his ministry. Since then, Don Prince Williams went on ministrations from place to place: During crusade at Okpoto land, he picked a young girl, Ifenyinwa Ugwuokolo who had the fear of God in her as one of his prayer warriors. He also commanded a tree. In Ndiagu Okpoto which fell mysteriously to block Don Prince Williams and his group from going to spread the gospel, to stand up in the name of Jesus Christ. Amazingly, the tree went back to its original position.  Prince Williams Chibuzo Mbah known as Don Prince aka Sampe Master is a Biafran Artist.. He believes in freedom of his people Biafra.
