First impression makes a great difference in everything. First of all, he needs a hair cut so that he would look like a normal and a presentable man who is ready to take care of business in the United Kingdom. Most westerners don't like to to come to their countries looking crazy.  I live in the West and I know what ai am talking about. He should make the third attempt may be the Embassy would feel sorry for him since he doeas not know how to take good care of himself properly because he is an entertainer of no self respect.
