I went to visit my friend in Ibadan, guess what i saw!!!!!!!!!
I wanted to drink water and he went inside to get me water, he was taking taking ages to come back so i decided to go and see for my self.
The picture tells it all.
When i asked him what happened, he said "I no get money to buy water and the government think say them get sense, na im make i invent my own water board"
