Without doubt you have a point, but we are trying to explore options that would lead to eliminating a kind virus eaten the country up. Take a second look at my post, I said once released, there should be accurate security monitor to take account and scrutinized everyone and where ever he enters. In other word, whoever he talks to or make contact with becomes a prime suspects until proven otherwise. That way the person mandated to kill him can become a potential source of information...
