I am domiciled in Singapore, and i know both parties sparsely, however, the young man in question from my contact with him appears to have a psycho imbalance, reacts irrationally, steals from anybody he can and lies a lot unnecessary, this guy has bipolar problem.
he is just lucky, if not, it should have been a MANDATORY ISSUE
