punching bag? ah...its against our training.Strong hand can also like tight hand or the literal meaning strong hand(person wey use him hand nack nail enter wood him hand no strong reach?).The woman that loves you will respect you if you love her back.Even though love should be disciplined it should be emotional discipline and not the physical type when in this type of relationship.

Do you know that there is how you beat a woman that she becomes use to it and will do things to make you beat her and when you start beating her instead of her to defend herself she would just hold you tight and keep screaming " you go kill me today oh" and no matter how you beat her then she wiould not let you go,eventually you may become tired and staet begging her "please i am sorry i will not beat you again,make i go rest na beg i dey".
