I agree with Ms. Open-reality. 10-years sentence for stealing a large
sum of money from the bank and customers is not enough. He should
at least get 30 to 40 years. He has damaged the bank's reputation and
will make the general public very uncomfortable with the bank.

Banks are supposed to be a safe place to keep your money but if
employees are stealing the money, it sends a very bad message to the
customers. With banks, image is everything.
