An Igbosere Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, on Thursday sentenced a 74-year-old man, Keinde Dodo, to five years imprisonment for pretending to be a lawyer and representing litigants in courts for 15 years.
The Magistrate, O.O. Martins, did not give Mr. Keinde a Ghanaian an option of fine as he was sentenced to jail with hard labour. The septuagenarian had pleaded guilty to the five-count charge read to him, and the evidence before the court also showed that he committed the crimes.
“My mother is from Ilesha in Osun State and my father is a Ghanaian. I have been impersonating as a lawyer and representing people in courts for the past 15 years,” Mr. Keinde had told the court.
The offences he committed contravened Sections 106 (a), 285(5), 363, 378(1) and 410 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Lagos State, 2011.

Thats Nigerian live and that can never happen in Ghana where he comes from. Every system in Nigerian is FAKE and that is why the Man was successful for 15 years.
