A 30 year old man has been arrested in the room of a married woman by her husband at Hayin Danbushiya, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Narrating his ordeal to our correspondent, Ibrahim Abdullahi said he was caught in one Malam Muhammad Saniâ's house naked.
“On that night, between 2 and3am, I saw myself in the room of Malam Ibrahimâ's second wife, completely naked. I don’t know how I got into the room or when I removed my clothes, all I can remember is that I heard Ibrahim shouting. I did not sleep with the woman, I was just inside the house and I was caught by the owner of the house. This act is not part of me. I had a misunderstanding with an old man about a week ago over my elder brotherâ's plot of land, and he threatened me, saying I will see what will happen to me. So, I am suspecting that he is the one who put a curse on me because this is not in my character. However, I have accepted it because it is my destiny. I pray it never happens to me again, I am begging all those that I have offended to forgive me so that I can regain my freedom.
Telling his side of the story, Muhammad Sani said, “I was in one of my wives rooms because I have two wives when I decided to come out and look round the house. But Ibrahim already heard my footsteps coming out from the other room so we clashed outside. I tried to hold him so that he will not escape, but because he was completely naked, he slipped out of my grips. After several attempts, I finally got hold of him, and started shouting to alert people. He has been doing this for a long time, but he has never been caught. The man has been doing this for over two years. Ibrahim is always wearing dark glasses in the afternoon, probably because he does not want people in the area to recognize him and take action. Recently, he had a misunderstanding with a man because he was caught breaking solar panels that were installed in the area. He does not want them to put light in the area because he walks about naked in the nightâ€, he said.
When contacted, the spokesperson of the Kaduna State Police Command, DSP Aminu Lawan confirmed the incident, saying the case has since been taken to court.
