Anyways, what would be will be. But you can accept the proposal and not the ring. It doesn't matter whether this guy is yours or not. The main thing is that you need to be very prayerful. Give yourself sometimes to know what you really want/what he is. People never seems to know each very well no matter what but at least, you'll be able to know you need to know while the marriage last. So take your time, but do not wear any engagement ring on your finger until God said he is the one.
