A changed life is impossible without Jesus Christ. A changed life entails a change in your spirit soul and body. When you receive Jesus Christ at salvation, it is only your spirit that is instantly changed. Your soul which consists of your mind, emotion and intellect is not saved, it remained the same. Your soul gets saved gradually. Your life is totally changed when your soul is totally transformed. No wonder you still feel the same way, you still fall for the same temptation. It’s because your mind is still the same. It is dangerous to do nothing about it. This is what truly changes your soul that is your mind, emotion and intellect.

Romans 12 vs. 2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God

3 John 2
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth

Your spirit is saved but your mind needs constant renewal to be ultimately saved. You are to renew your mind daily with Gods word. As you do this, your soul starts changing. Remember it must be a daily effort of feeding on Gods word. True prosperity and sound health is traceable to how much your soul is transformed.

Ungodly habits will flee immediately you start renewing your mind daily with Gods word. Old things will only pass away when you constantly renew your mind hence saving your soul.

2 Corinthians 5 vs. 17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
For you to truly become a new creature you need to enter into Christ. That is, you must be in Christ. And you can only be in Christ by allowing His word to enter you. Jesus Christ is the word. Once the word enters you daily by a study lifestyle, you are gradually entering into Jesus. Your life is in the process of transformation.

This is the point where many people miss it. Then it looks like Jesus is not working, God is good. He changes people for the better but the foundation is a constant daily study of His word. I pray for the grace you need to tirelessly study His word daily in the name of Jesus.
As you move on with this process you will discover that your life is changing, unproductive, ungodly thoughts are no more in your mind. You will not only discover your destiny but you will begin to fulfill it stresslessly. This will be your portion in Jesus Name. According to 3 John 2, the two most needed things answers to a transformed soul, which is a changed mind. A regenerated mindset and a careful thought line. A transformed soul guarantees PROSPERITY AND HEALTH. With these in place your life will become heaven on earth. But remember to follow the process of daily study of the word so that God will begin to fellowship with you in His word to bring about the best in you. You are stepping into greater heights in Jesus Name.
