This is what i am talking about. The only way Nigeria can move from where she is to a great position in the world is by strengthening the judicial arm of the government and enact social policies that we affect our society positively. A man or woman who is diagnosed to be medically unfit can't stand trial meaning he or she shouldn't be kept in the prison in the first place. A guarded psychiatric hospital be made available for such individual and not all offense committed require a  jail term
