Ladies, how important is "Me" Time?

Ladies, do you ever have moments where you just want to "disappear" into your own world & ignore phone calls/turn off music. Sometimes we as woman can be so stressed and want to ignore everything, but we worry about everyone else problems we don't have time for ourselves. So, How important is "me" time to you?

Very Important!!
As much as I try to give everything/one in my life attention.....Sometimes
I just feel the need to be distant from everyone/thing EXCEPT Music.Usually, I just take sometime off
to be alone. I need to be emotional Alright before I can attend to any other person.

gurl u r damn right....wat i hate sometimes is that u will give them all your attention but when u need them most they will disappear like a smoke...but u r right...sometimes i do love to stay in my room all day...i wont even talk to my family. its hard right but we hve to get use to it. its normal. some chicks loves to drink ogogoro to release their stress.
