Mimiko Declares Public Holiday For Jonathan’s Campaign Rally In Ondo State Today

As Jonathan Campaigns In Akure, Ondo state Governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko has declared tomorrow Wednesday as work free day in the state, as the campaign train of the Peoples
Democratic party’s presidential candidate, President Goodluck Jonathan, in the February 14th presidential election storm Akure tomorrow.

Governor Mimiko made the declaration through a statement issued by the state’s Commissioner for Information, Hon. Kayode Akunmade in Akure. He said the work free day is to enable residents in state who have indicated interest to be part of President Jonathan’s campaign rally in Akure, the state’s capital city do so without any hindrance,
especially as people are expected from every part of the state.

The statement also mentioned that the rally will take off by 9.00 o clock in the morning.
