According to reports , a whopping N1.2billion was set aside for this campaign for the rented crowd to attend the PDP presidential campaign which held last Wednesday . Now the money has been withheld by the state's chairman.  Gistmania learnt that this protest  is causing a serious traffic jam along Sapele road, where the PDP secretariat is located.
