This is murder because if she was sitting and shot herself and considering she is right handed the blood splatter should be in the opposite direction and not there. So it means I was murder and somebody wanted it to look like suicide.

1. Suicide...................She wrote down a note, got intoxicated and shot herself with the gun. 2. Murder...................She got electrocuted as showed in her right hand while trying to fix the lamp's plug to the wall socket using metallic gun to open up the Earth point.

Surely murder, she couldn't have had the cigarette tightly held while busting out her brains, meanwhile the direction of the blood splat does not support the fact that the gun was planted on her right hand, the gun should have been on the left hand for the blood to splat in the right direction.

has anyone taken a critical look to actually get the gender? its a he. Its a clear murder case. the culprit, tried covering the track by placing the gun in the hand of the victim, but there is no perfect crime, as the direction of the blood splatters counters the suicide option

It is murder alright. However, she could be sitting facing any direction hence the splatter of blood is not enough evidence. And because the gun is in her right hand does not mean she is right handed. She actually looks left handed. Check the position of the pen beside the letter. If you are left handed you drop the pen on the left hand of the letter. To add to that, her ash tray, pack of cigarette and coke can are all on the left. She is left handed and the gun is in her right hand; that's murder right there.
