The Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose, is in the news again.

He was spotted buying bananas from a young boy. Although the day in which this happened was not mentioned, but the Facebook user who posted the picture said the young boy was supposed to be in school. He concluded by insinuating that the governor is glorying in the fact that he ‘helped’ the young boy by buying his bananas from him instead of helping him go to school.

”A governor is happy to buy Banana from a boy that is supposed to be in school. It says alot. You don’t give what you don’t have. Congratulations once again to Ekiti people,’‘ the post read
This is not the first time the governor would be seen buying by the roadside.
