Ademola who had married Kudirat for over 10 years told the court presided by Mr. E.A. Eko that the marriage was the source of the unhappiness in his life and appealed to the court to dissolve it.
He disclosed that the troublesome marriage produced four children which include Oluwasegun, 9; Oluwaseyi, 7; Bisola, 5 and 3-year old Kolade.
The embittered husband who resides at 5, Popoola Oladuni Street, Ikotun, Lagos told the court that he lost interest in the marriage because of frequent fighting and lack of care for him and their children.
He claimed that his estranged wife goes out at will and keep late nights outside her matrimonial home and that every effort to correct her proved abortive.
He urged the court to terminate the union because he has lost interest in it, adding that he no longer loves her.
His wife did not show up to respond to the allegations despite several summons sent to her.
The court urged the man to maintain the peace while the matter was before the court.
The matter has been adjourned till 10 March, 2010 to enable the wife defend herself.
