I really do not think this crap is true manifestation of her English knowledge. I think she was too excited to grammar/spell check the typos. Secondly, most people have not realized that what we write in internet is under scrutiny by millions of people; so, people still write in whatever disjointed English hoping their readers would be able to digest them.
