Oyegun gave the confirmation when South-East Professional Women Association of Nigeria and Diaspora (SEPWAND) raged the the party headquarters to look for the support of the national leadership of the party to beseech state governors to unwind child adoption laws and techniques to enable certified couples to adopt effortlessly
