A Lagos High Court Sitting in Ikeja has issued a warrant of arrest on the Chairman of Innoson Motors Limited, Innocent Chukwuma.

The warrant order follows his failure to appear in court to face trial.

The presiding Judge, Justice Mojisola Dada ordered that Mr Chukwuma should be arrested and brought to court on the next adjourned date of March 14.

Recall that anti-graft agency, EFCC, had slammed fraud charges on Mr. Chukwuma, the owner of the indigenous auto manufacturer, Innoson Motors at a Lagos State High Court.

The allegations bordered on attempted fraud, stealing, and forgery of shipping and financial documents.

What's our government doing? The only indigenous car manufacturer is what we are toying with like that? Whatever court case he has we should find a way to handle it without him feeling the brunt. Because whatever affects him will definitely affect the economy and workers working under him.

Law is above everybody and he should respect the law. Its only in Nigeria we placed people above the law and that is what is giving our leaders the confident to do whatever they like.
Because they believe the people will support them in their wrong doing bcos of their fame.

This is what is killing Nigeria. The leaders hide under out stupidity to do more evils...................someone stole money and being probe, then we call it political back hunting or whatever names.........THIS IS RIDICULOUS
