First thing first,you would have to know if she is a relationship or not......if she is in a loving relationship you would have to let her know how u feel and let her be,if she digs you or she is going thru a bad relationship then she would give you a lil green light from there you would start to play romeo.Life is short is better now your young you take your chances else when you get older you would wish you had done it but that would be later. take heart tel her how u feel and what and how far youwould go for her(it won't hurt)life is full of ups and downs...take your chance.
believe me you would feel much more happier tell her than leaving it inside u.
