Actually I see it that Black people in England were an underclass for a long time. Then times changed and the underclass expanded with more Whites becoming part of it, not by choice, during the Thatcher years especially. Now White and Black alike are in that situation, and a common culture has emerged in that underclass.

I think it's like in America, with gangsta culture becoming trendy, except that in Britain, it's as if the underclass has adopted gangsta culture not as a fashion, but as a Take That to the ruling classes.

He talks of barabaric culture being associated with African Americans or Blacks. What of the days when his ancestors committed barbaric acts towards blacks by forcing them into slavery and doing all sorts of disgusting things to them. How then would he classify his fellow whites then as? Was that not barbaric and uncivilized? Historian my foot. Biased, racist, and prejudiced historian who does not even recognize history.
